The 11th International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Informatics (EECSI 2024) will be held virtually from Yogyakarta, Indonesia on September 26-27, 2024. This year’s conference theme is “The Role of Integrating Intelligent System Engineering with Data Science in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, and Informatics Technologies for Humanity“. The conference is hosted by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. It is jointly organized with Universitas Islam Sultan Agung, Universitas Diponegoro, Universitas Sriwijaya, I, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), and IAES Indonesia Section. The event is intended to provide a technical forum and research discussion related to advanced engineering in electrical & electronics, computer science, and informatics. The conference is aimed to bring researchers, academicians, scientists, students, engineers, and practitioners together to participate and present their latest research findings, developments, and applications related to the various aspects of electrical, electronics, power electronics, instrumentation, control, robotics, computer & telecommunication engineering, signal, image & video processing, soft computing, computer science, and informatics.
Publication and Indexing of Proceeding
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for reviewing and publication in the IEEE Xplore digital library (in process). However, No guarantee that the content will be published in Xplore®️ and indexed in Scopus. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore Digital Library,
In addition, all presented and quality papers of EECSI from 2014 to 2023 have been indexed by Scopus.
NO SHOW POLICY
All accepted papers should be presented by the author at the conference. Non-presented papers will be excluded from the proceedings and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

General Guidelines and Preparation of Full Papers
- A quick link to the online submission system is through https://edas.info/N32097. Submitting a paper via EDAS consists of four steps: logging in or creating an account; registering the paper, adding authors, and submitting the manuscript file.
- All papers must conform to the standard IEEE Conference Paper Template and must be submitted in MS Word file format between 4 to 6 pages including text, figures, tables, and references.
- Prepare your paper in the exact format as the given templates. Failure to do so may result in excluding your paper from the proceedings. Please read the authors’ instructions carefully before preparing your papers.
- The author’s name, affiliation, and Email contact address should be specified in the full paper.
- Please note that the standard total page number for each paper is between 4 to 6 pages, any additional page will be charged USD40 per page.
- The official language is English (Please make sure proofreading of English language is conducted and if necessary submit to a native English checker before submitting to us. Papers may rejected due to language problems).
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least three reviewers and selected based on their originality, contribution, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
